Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you made a mistake while ordering, please contact us within 24 hours of your order so we can rectify it.
If we fail or we were unable to deliver your package, or we send you different meals to what you ordered and/or the product is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss further options.
If a refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
