DELIVERY POLICY

All orders have a cut off period at 8pm on Monday for delivery between 6am and 6pm Wednesday to Saturday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your delivery may not be within the time frame given. We will keep you updated by phone or email.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are following a zero contact policy.

If you live in a secured complex or building, please leave instructions and delivery notes on how to gain access (i.e code, or a number to buzz). Otherwise, if our driver is unable to access your apartment, we will leave your order in the safest place possible (usually entrance of building).

If you're not home to receive the delivery, your meals come packed inside an insulated cooler bag with ice packs and will stay chilled for 2-4 hours if kept in the shade (also depending on weather conditions). Please refrigerate the meals as soon as you receive them to avoid spoilage.

DELIVERY RATES

Our delivery rates are:

• $15 for Sydney Metro
• $15 for Newcastle, Central Coast, Canberra and Wollongong

We are working on expanding our delivery service by covering more areas in NSW and all major cities around Australia.
